Happy Halloween!

Naratao!

Nerd Boy!

Barbie/Sleeping Beauty! (depending on her mood)
After a much to do this week with costume preparations the boys were sent off to school for the unveiling of their characters! Tenne is a ninja named "Naratao". It's a cartoon that he loves. If you didn't know Tenne loves Halloween because he can transform into a character for the day. As we all know, Easton loves to make people laugh so he thought it would be funny to be a nerd. His photo's make me laugh! Kaiya of course wanted to have long flowing hair and believe she is a true princess (even though we know she is). We hope you all have a FUN Halloween! Good luck gathering candy tonight. I hope to top off my pillow case this year (a childhood dream I have always been trying to accomplish).

My Little Helper!

Teepa was such a great help around the house today. She has taken an interest to moping. This is now her weekly chore she has to get done before she can go out and play. She is very detailed about the job. She made sure to back track and lick the floor dry to make sure it had an extra shine. Thanks for the help Teepa!

Go UVU!!

It's been a beautiful weekend here in Provo. The UVU Wolverines won the United Soccer Confrence regular season Championship with a 3-0 win against Longwood University. The Wolverines were undefeated in confrence play and are having the best season in school history with a 10-5-1 record! (10 wins, 5 losses, 1 tie) There is one more home game for the season this Monday, and then they are off to Virginia Oct.31-Nov. 4th to try and take the Conference Tournament Championship. We would like to thank Brent's #1 fans (his parents) for attending home games this season. Go Wolverines and go Coach Anderson!

October 12th in Utah!

We woke up this morning to 2-4 inches of snow! Should we be surprised? It's Utah! Our heater is officially programed to be on, and the electric blankets are plugged in for the evenings. The weather officials said that we were going to have an early winter....and what do you know. I guess Trick-or Treating will consist of bundling up in coats and gloves this year. Kaiya was the only trooper to go out and play in the snow first thing at 9 am. I think she ate as much as she could off of the trampoline. She loves the snow. She thought for sure that we were having Christmas that day.

Pumpkin Time!

We went to a local home here that sells pumpkins every year in their front yard. I think they are the most cost efficent and best pumpkins in town. It's run by a cute little old farmer who takes great pride in his patch. It's a very simple set up with piles marked with $1, $2, & $4. The way I like to shop. Picking a pumpkin is a very serious and personal thing with my kids I guess. It only took us about 30 minutes or more for each of them to decide which one was going home with us. I think Kaiya thinks they are real people. She carries her all over with her and shows it off to all of her friends. This year is the "small green" pumpkin theme for her. Yes, Tennessee has braces, and the boys are growing their hair long. Tenne likes that he can now shake his hair and feel it move back and forth. Today was school picture day. Yikes....it sure will be a great photo to remember, because their hair is in the " in-between" stage. Easton likes to comb his hair straight up after he takes a shower. He looks like a porcupine. It's pretty funny. Happy October to everyone!

13 Weeks!

I'm finally to my 3 month marker, but still sick as ever. Our baby is the size of lime, but my belly is the size of a soccer ball. It's amazing how fast your belly grows after you have already had 3 kids. We will find out the sex of the baby in November. For now we have heard the heart beat and all seems to be well.
